In the previous phases of the TOGAF ADM, phase B, C, D, you’ve developed the baseline and target Architectures of all architecture domains, and recognized the gaps in between. In phase E you will identify the work packages, transition architectures, and create an implementation and migration plan. In this video we will walk you through the major steps to perform in phase E.
